Transsexual Sex workers
Viagra
Contraindications for use:
It´s common for sex workers to turn to Viagra, because their hormone treatments are causing genital atrophy (failure to have and maintain erections).
This product is not an aphrodisiac, it doesn´t act in the brain or heart, but in the corpora cavernosa of the penis, and only during arousal and sexual stimulation. Like all other prescription drugs, it has contraindications and precautions. It´s important to keep in mind that without any sexual stimulation, Viagra doesn´t cause an erection; nor will it increase sexual desire (libido); or increase level of sexual arousal. It also doesn´t protect you from STDs or HIV.
Never mix Poppers and Viagra. The use of the two together is potentially fatal.
The most common side effects of Viagra are: headache, redness of the face and upset stomach. Less common side effects include blue or blurry vision, or light sensitivity. These will probably not last very long.
Very infrequently are erections lasting longer than four hours, taken along with treatment for erectile disfunction. In this case, you must seek immediate medical attention. An erection lasting longer than six hours can result in long periods of impotency.
